Only team administrators can invite users to their Balloonr team.

STEP 1:

In the team drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner, click on 'users'.

STEP 2: 

Click on the 'invite team members' button.

STEP 3:

On the next screen, you can add email addresses and (optionally) names to invite one or more users to your team.

When you click on the 'invite members' button on the lower right-hand side, each person will receive an email invitation with a unique confirmation link to join your team.

How do I change the access level of each user?

All team members are added as Standard Access.  As a team administrator, you can change the access level of each user by by clicking on the three dots for a drop-down of more actions.

How do I resend an account confirmation email to new users of Balloonr?

If you have team members whose status is 'pending' because they missed the email invitation, the team administrators can go to the 'users' list and resend the invite by clicking on the three dots for a drop-down of more actions.
